Roles & Responsibilities - Each group has a "Unit" and each individual (5) will consist of a different roles or positions
1. Organizer & Editor
- proof read and assure on-task from other members
- assure no topics overlap
- creates deadlines for Unit group
2. Feature Writer (may be more than one)
Articles may include
- FAQ
- Write the "significant" article featured in the section
- Writing must be understood by middle school students
- Write "brief definitions" of "difficult" words on side or in text
- Make sure to use reliable resources and give to FYI author
3. Artist/Tech Crew/ Graphic Artists
- Add advertisements
- promote certain foods/drinks, behaviors,
- promote reliable websites
- Add/Edit pictures to articles
- Add captions
- Add/edit colors
- Edit layout of magazine
- (may show "difficult" words in bold in writing and definition)

4. Advice Columnist "Help Desk" (2 in class)
- Create and Investigate frequent asked questions (FAQ) of REAL or important Issues
- offer reliable answers to those FAQ
- Interview students in Cafe
5. FYI or "Just so You Know".. etc. Author (2 in class)
- #Trending Issues
- Tips from athletes, famous people, teachers, etc.
- Interview girls: what are the issues (more than one) that are most concerned for you and your grade?
- May add resources page from organizers & writers
